An association of companies runs practical AI training for its members’ management, sales, purchasing, back office and finance teams, that is, for non-technical people in an environment where most work happens in Microsoft 365.
A training kit and a follow-up day around five outputs.
We prepared a deck, a workbook, a trainer’s guide, fifty use-case cards by role, sample agents to copy, and a fictional sample company with a generated set of invoices, quotes, a contract and sales data. The follow-up advanced day is built around five tangible outputs each participant leaves with.
Evidenced repeat business: a follow-up date was confirmed after the first training, with capacity for 25 places. No satisfaction or impact figures appear in the materials.
