How we handle your personal data.
This page sets out what personal data we process, why, and for how long. It covers visiting this website and the two forms you will find on it: the enquiry form and the job application.

What we process and why
We collect nothing about you in the background. We process what you type into a form, plus the one technical detail we need to keep those forms from being abused.

Neither your message nor your application and CV is stored in any database. The CV is attached to the e-mail sent to our recruitment team and is never written to the server.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data from the forms and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. It reaches the people at Continero who handle your message, and the suppliers without which the website and our e-mail would not run.

E-mails from the forms are delivered for us by Resend, a service operated by Resend, Inc., which is established in the United States. What you type into a form therefore travels outside the European Economic Area when you submit it. If you need the details of that transfer, write to hello@continero.com and we will provide them.
Your rights
In relation to the data we process about you, you have the rights listed below. Exercise them by writing to hello@continero.com; we will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
- To know what data we process about you and to receive a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- To have data erased once we no longer have a reason to process it.
- To restrict processing while we deal with your objection or with the accuracy of the data.
- To receive your data in a machine-readable format and pass it to another controller.
- To object to processing we base on a legitimate interest.
- To withdraw your consent to us keeping your application at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Complaining to the supervisory authority
If you believe we are handling your data badly, tell us first so we can put it right. You may also go straight to the Czech supervisory authority at any time.
