Continero is a software house based in Brno. We started in 2018 with one simple conviction: what helps a company most is software that runs reliably every day, not a deck full of buzzwords. We build custom applications, digitalise processes, and deploy AI as an accelerator where it has real impact, not as decoration.

We own the outcome from the first sketch to live operation. When we ship something, we stand behind it, including at five in the morning when it has to keep running.

    Anyone can build a pretty demo. We build software that holds up in its third year of full production under real load.

  2. AI as accelerator, not decoration

    We deploy AI only where it measurably speeds work up or sharpens decisions. When it makes no sense, we say so plainly.

  3. We own the outcome

    We don't throw the problem over the wall. From architecture to operation, we are accountable for the thing actually working.

  4. We say it straight

    Bad news early beats bad news late. We are direct with clients and with each other, even when it is uncomfortable.

  5. Craft, not lines of code

    Good software comes from understanding the problem, not from sheer volume of code. Quality is the baseline for us, not a premium.
