Company AI training and knowledge portal design for a special-purpose machine builder
Company-wide AI training for a special-purpose machinery manufacturer, plus a design and prototype for an internal knowledge portal over scattered know-how.
Project know-how was scattered across unconnected places.
An engineering company was losing its project know-how. Meeting transcripts, project documentation and experience from past jobs were scattered and findable only by someone who knew where to look. At the same time it had no shared basis for working with AI.
Four days of training and a clickable portal prototype.
We ran a company-wide introductory day, 6.5 hours covering available tools, role-based demonstrations, security and GDPR and the basics of prompting, plus three follow-up specialised days. Alongside the training we produced a design, project documentation and a clickable prototype of an internal knowledge portal.
According to the kickoff call notes, after a grant programme fell through the client decided to fund the project itself and continue.
