Ticketing for managed rental premises
Ticketing for managed rental premises: tenant requests with a clear owner, due date and cost estimate, totalled live into a dashboard.
The challenge
Tenant requests arrived with no shared record.
Tenant requests arrived with no shared record. It was unclear who had reported what, against which building and unit, at what priority, with what due date and what cost estimate.
Our approach
One ticket that carries everything that matters.
We built a Czech web application where a ticket carries a title, description, priority, status, tenant, building, unit, assignee, due date and cost estimate. It appears in a paginated list with status labels and in detail, rolls up into a dashboard and refreshes in real time. The stack is React, TypeScript and Vite over Supabase.
✓ A directory of contacts and tenants with bulk import from spreadsheets
✓ Contacts linked to tickets, with Excel export
✓ E-mail login with protected routes
✓ A serverless endpoint for creating a ticket from outside
