Managing vehicle movement across industrial sites
A yard management platform that controls arrivals, check-in and vehicle movement across the site, with a live view for dispatch. It replaced radios, paper and Excel.
The challenge
A yard run on radios and paper.
Moving dozens of trucks around the site was handled by radio, paper and Excel. Nobody had a current view of where things were, queues at the ramps grew, and mistakes were hard to trace. As traffic grew, it stopped scaling.
Our approach

We built a system that digitizes a vehicle's entire journey through the site, from arrival through ramp assignment to departure, giving dispatch a single live picture.
