An info-kiosk AI assistant that knows every store and the full catalog, answering customers right on the shop floor, in real time.
The challenge
A customer on the floor had no one to ask.
The catalog and store layouts were large and staff could not be everywhere. Customers wandered and often left with an unanswered question.
Our approach
Build an assistant that knows the whole network.
We loaded the assistant with knowledge of every store, showroom and product, and put it on an info-kiosk. It answers in a stream, organized by the real layout of the buildings.
