Websites and materials for professional conferences

Websites and supporting materials for two annual industry conferences: one a single page, the other a multi-year platform with an archive of past editions.

The challenge

Sites that look like the event, and registrations that arrive.

An association of companies runs two annual conferences and needed websites that look like the theme of the event, registration that reliably reaches the organiser, and consistent print and social materials to go with them.

Our approach

A one-page site and a multi-year platform.

For the conference on AI in practice we built a one-page scroll-driven site with an animated particle canvas background, a documented design system and registration through a serverless function. We treated the second, economics-focused conference as a multi-year platform: the current edition, programme, speakers and an archive of past editions. The stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind.

Registration distinguishing members, non-members and VIPs, with company lookup by registration number
Separate lead capture for people interested in the next edition
Printable badges, QR-code invitations and light and dark decks
A structured knowledge set for an on-site conversational bot
Evidenced outcome

For the economics-focused conference the repository holds a generated production export and the hosting configuration, so the site was built and deployed; neither traffic nor registration counts are evidenced.
